Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Debt Settlement.

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that the solicitors for the Debt Settlement had confirmed that the Debt Settlement has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 20,554,700 Settlement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 27 February 2026 and the settlement of the balance amount due and owing to the creditors on 30 March 2026.
