OFFER AND GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME OF THE COMPANY
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following offer of options has been made on 30 March 2026 to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Eligible Employees") to subscribe for the new ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") under the Company's Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS").
