Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 30 March 2026 issued by 5E Resources Holdings Berhad. 

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 30 March 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 3 April 2026.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise the notice of change in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
