Reference is made to the Company's circular to shareholders dated 7 October 2021 ("Circular") in relation to the Private Placement and the announcement dated 26 March 2024 and 29 March 2024 in relation to the extension of timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Private Placement.

The Board of Directors of BSL wishes to announce that as at 27 March 2026, the Company has yet to fully utilize the proceeds raised from the Private Placement and requires additional time to fully utilise the balance of proceeds amounting to RM2,731,000.00, which was earmarked for the manufacturing expansion, in respect of the purchase of equipment and machineries.
