The Board wishes to inform that Zelan Berhad will convene the court convened meeting for its scheme creditors pursuant to the Order of the High Court dated 30 January 2026 ("CCM") to be held at Room Banyan, Level 10, Baker Tilly Tower, Tower 1, Avenue 5, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur on 20 April 2026, Monday.

Zelan Berhad has duly issued the notice of CCM, Form of Proxy and Explanatory Statement to the scheme creditors on 27 March 2026.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development in relation to the above matter in due course.
