The Board of Directors of Metrod wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting setting out the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
