The Board of Directors of BPHB wishes to announce that Bina Puri Sdn. Bhd. ("BPSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 26 March 2026 received a Winding-Up Petition dated 24 March 2026 in the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam served by Lysaght Corrugated Pipe Sdn. Bhd. ("the Petitioner") ("the Petition").

The Petitioner has initiated the Petition for the alleged sum of RM1,138,624.54.

BPSB is currently seeking legal advice and will take all necessary steps to oppose and defend against the Petition.

BPSB is not a major subsidiary of the Company as defined under Chapter 1 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

There will be no immediate financial and operational impact and no expected loss to the Group arising from the Petition.

The date of hearing for the Petition has been fixed on 22 June 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
