Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 October 2025 and 29 January 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. 

The Board of Directors of Wawasan ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Company intends to further extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the IPO Proceeds allocated for the repayment of bank borrowings for an additional three (3) months from the expiry date of the First Revised Timeframe ("2nd Extension").
