References are made to the announcements dated 10 October 2025 and 15 October 2025 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 March 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of 6 months (i.e., from 15 April 2026 to 14 October 2026) for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
