Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of PUC Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 5 February 2026 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM held today, except for Ordinary Resolution 7 to Ordinary Resolution 11 were rejected.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results were verified by Sharepolls Sdn. Bhd., being the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the result of the poll are set out below.
