We refer to the Company's announcement dated 19 March 2026 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) as the Said Property is currently being used as an office, factory and warehouse, to state the effect of the Disposal on the operations of the Company and/or SYF;

2) whether any valuation was carried out on the Said Property; if so, the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value; and to include the valuation report for inspection, if any;

3) the basis of arriving at or determining the disposal consideration of RM57 million;

4) the justifications for the disposal consideration of RM57 million;

5) details on the market value of the Said Property considered by the Board;

6) the date and cost of acquisition of SYF;

7) to explain the redemption sum of Said Property and to state the expected interest savings per annum from the redemption; and

8) to breakdown the intended utilisation of RM11.5 million for working capital.
