The Board of Directors of Beshom Holdings Berhad ("BESHOM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Hai-O Enterprise Berhad 197501000919 (22544-D) ("Hai-O") had on 24 March 2026 diluted its equity interest in Yan Ou Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. 201201011897 (985414-A) 

("Yan Ou") from 60% to 15% through the disposal of 2,542,500 ordinary shares in Yan Ou for a total cash consideration of RM337,058.00 ("the Disposal").
