ESTABLISHMENT OF A LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN COMPRISING AN EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION SCHEME AND A SHARE GRANT PLAN INVOLVING UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF OPENMOVE AI (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("LTIP")

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the LTIP.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 7 November 2025, 21 November 2025, 28 November 2025 and 17 December 2025 in relation to the LTIP, as well as the approval obtained from the shareholders of the Company for the LTIP at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 7 January 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the LTIP is 24 March 2026, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Rule 6.43(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
