On behalf of the Board of Directors of EGB, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that Eonmetall Land Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) had on 19 March 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with WG Malaysia VIII Sdn Bhd in relation to the proposed disposal of a parcel of freehold land measuring approximately 2,876,579 square feet located in Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor for a cash consideration of approximately RM273.28 million.
