HO WAH GENTING BERHAD ("HWGB" OR THE "COMPANY")  - EXPIRY OF EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") AND DISSOLUTION OF ESOS COMMITTEE

Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 28 March 2016 on the ESOS implementation.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the ESOS of HWGB which has been in force for a period of ten (10) years since its implementation on 25 March 2016, is expiring on 24 March 2026.

 

Pursuant to Clause 4.5 of the ESOS By-Laws, all the unexercised ESOS Options shall lapse on 24 March 2026.

 

As at the date of this announcmenet, 6,576,658 ESOS Options remained unexercised and will lapse upon the expiry of the ESOS.

 

Accordingly, the ESOS Committee of HWGB will be dissolved on 24 March 2026.
