Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad is pleased to announce that on even date, Positive Sunland has entered into a supplemental agreement (“Platinum Park SA”) with Sovereign Towers and Registered Proprietor pursuant to which the parties had mutually agreed to extend the Platinum Park Conditional Period by a further period of six months from 23 March 2026 which shall expire on 22 September 2026 to obtain the EPU Approval.

The Platinum Park SA is available for inspection at the registered address of HSCB at 21st Floor, Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three months from the date of this announcement.
