The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SHESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steel Hawk, has on 19 March 2026 secured a term contract for general maintenance of workshop machining at centralized maintenance workshop (MWB801) for PRPC Utilities & Facilities Sdn Bhd at Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC), Johor from PRPC Utilities & Facilities Sdn Bhd ("PRPC") ("the Contract").
