We refer to the announcements dated 18 November 2025, 22 December 2025, 14 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 24 February 2026, 27 February 2026, 3 March 2026 and 4 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the transfer of the Sale Shares in favour of RTS was effected on 17 March 2026. Accordingly, WAC has become the subsidiary of RTS with effect from 17 March 2026.
