Further to our announcement dated 16 May 2025, the Company wishes to announce that Aseptapak Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary, held its final meeting on 17 March 2026 to conclude the members voluntary winding-up. The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 18 March 2026 ("Lodgement Date") with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver. Aseptapak Sdn. Bhd. will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the Lodgement Date pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.

The voluntary winding-up of Aseptapak Sdn. Bhd. will not have any material financial and operational impact on Kossan for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
