For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular to shareholders dated 30 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.

 

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 20 February 2025, 11 April 2025, 20 June 2025, 23 June 2025, 14 October 2025, 19 January 2026, 30 January 2026 and 3 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vision Vendors had on 18 March 2026 mutually agreed to extend the completion date of the Proposed Vision Acquisition commencing from 25 March 2026 to 23 April 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Vision SSA.
