Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 September 2023, 5 October 2023, 27 November 2023, 21 February 2024, 13 March 2024, 15 April 2024, 28 May 2024, 6 June 2024, 21 June 2024, 23 July 2024, 21 January 2025, 10 March 2025, 2 September 2025, 14 November 2025, 12 December 2025 and 13 March 2026.

The Company wishes to announce that the Court has informed the Company to disregard the filing directions given earlier on 13 March 3026 and further directed as follows:

1.        Parties are to file Special Bundle, Written submission, Executive Summary and Common Core Bundle (if any) on or before 27 August 2026 while submission in reply (if any) must be filed on or before 10 September 2026;

2.        The final date to file any document is before 10 September 2026;

3.        The case management via e-review is fixed on 10 September 2026 at 9.00 a.m.; and

4.        The physical hearing is fixed on 25 September 2026, 9.00 a.m. is maintained.
