Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 January 2026, 9 February 2026 and 23 February 2026 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 16 March 2026, executed the deed poll constituting the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
