| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Kuan Kai Seng commenced his professional career with Ernst & Young in March 1999 and served until September 2002, where he was engaged in statutory audits of private and public listed companies. He later served as Group Accountant of a local group of companies, including a three-year overseas posting in China as Assistant General Manager cum Head of Finance. He subsequently practised as a Chartered Accountant in a member firm of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). On 3 April 2012, he was appointed Executive Director of XL Holdings Berhad, and on 5 June 2014, he was appointed Independent Director of Evergreen Fiberboard Berhad, both companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. |
