Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 January 2025, 9 April 2025, 9 July 2025, 8 October 2025 and 28 January 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the term of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between AppAsia International Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for a period of two (2) years.

Save for the extension of the MOU, all other terms and conditions in the MOU remain unchanged.

The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
