We refer to the earlier announcements dated 12 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 28 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 24 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 9 February 2026, 12 February 2026, 13 February 2026 and 2 March 2026 in relation to the SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the earlier announcements in relation to the SCR shall apply herein.

On behalf of the SciPack Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the settlement of the SCR Offer Price has been effected on 10 March 2026, in the following manner:-

1. for Entitled Shareholders who maintain eDividend accounts, via electronic remittance to the Entitled Shareholders’ eDividend accounts duly registered with Bursa Depository; and

2. for Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend accounts, via remittance in the form of cheques, banker’s drafts and/or cashier’s orders despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) at the Entitled Shareholders’ registered addresses last maintained with Bursa Depository.

As such, the SCR has been completed on 10 March 2026.
