We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TSH by way of market making.
The TSH-C19 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The TSH-C19 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The TSH-C19 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 January 2026.
The salient terms of the TSH-C19 are set out in the attachment.
