On 6 March 2026, the Company was notified that its dormant wholly owned subsidiary, Jujin EP Seating System (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. has been struck off from Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") on 25 February 2026 under Section 550 and Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016.

Jujin EP Seating System (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 on 24 January 2025. It has an issue share capital of 2 for RM2.00.

The voluntary strike-off of the said subsidiary does not have any financial and operation impact on the Company.
