The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 March to 30 September. Following the change of the financial year end, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up for a period of 18 months from 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2026. The change of financial year end is due to facilitate better management of the current business operations and financial reporting resources.
