Reference is made to the announcement dated 24 November 2025 in relation to the signing of Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) between Sierra Aspects Sdn Bhd (“SASB”) and Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Perak (“PPNP”).

The Company wishes to announce that SASB and PPNP had on 4 March 2026, mutually agreed to the extension of time from 24 February 2026 to 24 April 2026 to fulfil the conditions precedent under the HOA, prior to the execution of the Definitive Agreement or Collaboration Agreement.
