SPSETIA-PA - Notice of Book Closure

Preferential dividend of 6.49% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM1.00) per Islamic redeemable convertible preference shares ("RCPS-i A") for the period from 1 July 2025 up to and including 31 December 2025.

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 18 Mar 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 19 Mar 2026
3) Date Payable : 15 Apr 2026

Remarks :

(Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the abridged prospectus dated 7 November 2016 in relation to the Rights Issue.) No preferential dividend will be payable in respect of the RCPS-i A for which conversion notices have been submitted to the Share Registrar of the Company, on or before 12 March 2026 by 5.00 p.m.. The Company declares a preferential dividend of 6.49% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM1.00 per RCPS-i A) for the period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).
