Remarks :

a) The Principal Officers have given notice in relation to the acceptance of the award of Options to subscribe for the new ordinary shares of the Company ("ESOS Option") under Coraza's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
b) There is no change in Mr Chester Tang Chian Chiun's shareholdings.
c) There is no change in Mr Kor Han Chin's shareholdings.
d) 50% shall vest on 30 June 2026 and the remaining 50% shall vest on 31 December 2026. The ESOS Options shall be exercisable for a period of two (2) years from the respective vesting dates.

The abovementioned transaction is exempted from the restrictions or requirement of Rule 14.05 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
