The Board of Directors of Xin Hwa Holdings Berhad (“Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Xin Hwa Trading & Transport Sdn. Bhd. had on 3 March 2026 received and accepted a Transportation Service Order dated 19 February 2026 from Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“MMHE”) in relation to the provision of transportation from MMHE West to  AKEF Tanjung Langsat and within Pasir Gudang by normal movement and heavy movement using special truck with escort for MMHE’s specified project for a provisional contract sum of RM3,436,848.00 ("Contract").
