Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company’s solicitors had vide its letter dated 3 March 2026 confirmed that all conditions precedent set out in the SA JVA III have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SA JVA III have become unconditional, which marks the deemed completion of the Disposal of Zone 1 Bandar Meru Raya.
