Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 3 February 2026 on the aforesaid subject matter.

We refer to the announcement made by MISC on 3 February 2026 in respect of the LOA received from PLL for the long-term charters of newbuild LNGCs. The Board wishes to update that on 27 February 2026, MISC has entered into shipbuilding contracts with HZ for the construction of two (2) newbuild LNGCs, in addition to the three (3) newbuild LNGCs as announced on 3 February 2026, for the Project. The LNGCs will be chartered by PLL for a firm period of twenty (20) years with charter commencement expected in 2029 and 2030.
