Reference is made to the announcement dated 25.02.2026.

Please be informed that on 26.02.2026, the Plaintiff filed and served its application for Summary Judgment on MESB’s solicitors. The application came up for case management on 27.02.2026, during which the Court gave the following filing directions: -

1. MESB to file its Affidavit in Reply on or before 16.03.2026;
2. ⁠The Plaintiff to file its Affidavit in Reply on or before 30.03.2026;
3. ⁠The parties to file their Written Submissions on or before 13.04.2026;
4. ⁠The parties to file their submissions in reply on or before 27.04.2026; and
5. This application is fixed for hearing before Yang Arif Dato’ Julie Lack on 29.04.2026.
