Reference is made to SSBB’s announcements dated 22 December 2025, 12 January 2026, 23 January 2026, 29 January 2026 and 3 February 2026 in relation to the Offer (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in SSBB’s Announcements.
In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 27 February 2026 is set out in the attached press release.
As announced by the Company on 3 February 2026, the Offeror had received Valid Acceptance of not less than nine-tenths in the nominal value of the Offer Shares (excluding NPS Shares already held by the Offeror and its PACs as at the date of the Offer) as at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Tuesday, 3 February 2026.
Accordingly, the Offeror will issue a compulsory acquisition notice in the form or manner specified by the SC under subsection 222(1) of the CMSA to all Dissenting Shareholders.
