The Board of Directors of Sersol wishes to announce that the Private Placement of up to 84,996,600 new ordinary shares in Sersol (Sersol share(s) or share(s)) (Placement Share(s)), representing not more than 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (Private Placement) has been completed on 5 December 2025 following the listing of 73,144,900 Placement Shares (being the first and only tranche of the Placement Shares) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5 December 2025.
