Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 23 December 2025 and 12 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 26 February 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 1 month from 23 February 2026 to 22 March 2026 for Jasa Kita to submit the draft circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Acquisition to Bursa Securities.
