Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 23 January 2026. Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement.
The Board of Directors wishes to inform that on 5 February 2026, the Company had submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking an extension of time (“EOT”) to rectify the shortfall in its public shareholding spread ("PSS") and is currently pending a decision from Bursa Securities.
The Company shall make further announcement upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities on the said EOT application.
The PSS as at 31 December 2025 is 19.95% instead of 20.94%
