The Board of Directors of Insas wishes to announce that the Company has extended the existing ESOS which is expiring on 7 March 2026 for a further period of five (5) years until 7 March 2031 in accordance with the provisions of the ESOS By-laws. The extension is not subject to any approvals from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and the shareholders of the Company.
