The Closing Price of RM3.2471 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of PCHEM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PCHEM-C1S's Exercise Price of RM4.50, holders of PCHEM-C1S will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PCHEM-C1S will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PCHEM-C1S shall terminate absolutely.
