The Closing Price of RM19.5957 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of KLK shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than KLK-C40's Exercise Price of RM20.50, holders of KLK-C40 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised KLK-C40 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the KLK-C40 shall terminate absolutely.
