Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 February 2025, 12 June 2025, 1 August 2025, 30 September 2025 and 5 December 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Winding-Up Petition (“Petition”) served by Malayan Banking Berhad (“MBB”) against the company. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors on 26 February 2026 that the High Court had vacated the hearing date of 26 February 2026 and further adjourned the case to 23 April 2026 for case management for parties to update the High Court on the outcome of the Company’s restraining order application.
