Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 December 2025, 26 December 2025 and 21 January 2026 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Restraining Order Application pursuant to Section 368 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2016 by the Company at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcement.
The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 February 2026 obtained an Interim Injunction, thus, restraining any legal actions being taken against the Company till 22 April 2026 or till disposal of the Restraining Order Application.
The High Court has further fixed 22 April 2026 as the hearing for disposal of the Company’s Restraining Order Application.
