On behalf of the Board of Directors of GNCB (“Board”), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M & A Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed bonus issue of up to 376,500,000 warrants (“Warrant(s)”) on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in GNCB (“GNCB Share(s)” or “Share(s)”) held by the entitled shareholders, whose names appear in the record of securities holders of the Company (which established and maintained by Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“Bursa Depository”) under the Rules of Bursa Depository) (“Record of Depositors”) at an exercise price of RM0.32 per Warrant (“Exercise Price”) on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Entitlement Date”) (“Entitled Shareholder(s)”) (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
