The Board of Directors of Uzma ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Board has, on 25 February 2026, approved the appointment of Messrs Morison LC PLT as the new external auditors of Uzma and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

The appointment of Messrs Morison LC PLT ("Morison") was made pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, to fill the casual vacancy following the retirement of Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT.

Morison has consented to act as the external auditors of Uzma and its subsidiaries, and the appointment is effective from 25 February 2026.

The appointment was made after careful consideration by the Board, taking into account Morison’s experience, professional independence and suitability to serve as the external auditors of Uzma and its group of companies.
