The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Straits is pleased to announce the establishment of a Sustainability Committee effective 26 February 2026. The Committee will support the Board in overseeing the Company’s sustainability strategies, policies, and initiatives, ensuring that Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) considerations are effectively integrated into business operations.

This initiative reflects the Company’s commitment to strengthening ESG practices and aligns with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Sustainability Reporting requirements.
