Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the same.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the latest status of the following MOUs: - 

1. MOU entered into between Bio Eneco Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and PT Orion APAC Indonesia for the sale and purchase of palm kernel shells

- Further to the Company's announcements made on 4 September 2024, 26 November 2024, 25 February 2025, 21 May 2025, 25 August 2025 and 26 November 2025, there is no material development on the status of this MOU.

2. MOU entered into between Bio Eneco Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and JFE Shoji Corporation for the supply of 150,000 metric tons of Green Gold Label Certified palm kernel shells annually over a fifteen-year period

- Further to the Company's announcements made on 4 November 2024, 7 November 2024, 26 November 2024, 25 February 2025, 21 May 2025, 25 August 2025 and 26 November 2025, there is no material development on the status of this MOU.

3. MOU entered into between Bio Eneco Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Berkana Power Company Limited for the supply of an estimated total volume of 100,000 metric tons of palm kernel shells and/or Green Gold Label-certified palm kernel shells, to be delivered over ten (10) shipments annually

- Further to the Company's announcement made on 21 January 2026, there is no material development on the status of this MOU.

4. MOU entered into between Elridge Energy and Green Stream LLC for establishing a preliminary framework for cooperation to evaluate potential investments and business opportunities in the field of biomass and renewable energy, specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA") and the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”) countries

- Further to the Company announcement made on 29 January 2026, there is no material development on the status of this MOU.

Further announcement on the status of all the MOUs will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
