The Board of Directors of Parkson Holdings Berhad ("Parkson" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek approval of its Shareholders for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for the Parkson group of companies to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with related parties ("Proposed Renewal") at its forthcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the information on the Proposed Renewal will be made available on the website of Bursa Malaysia Berhad and the Company in due course.
