Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Dufu Technology Corp. Berhad (“the Company”) has on February 26, 2026 proposed a Tax Exempt Final Dividend of 2 Sen per share for the year ended December 31, 2025 to be approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

However, the entitlement date and date of payment of the dividend have yet to be finalized at the moment.

A further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalization of the entitlement date and date of payment of the above.
